Who we are
We are real estate investors, not brokers or agents. We sell properties we have under contract or own, by contract assignment (wholesale) or as a resale below retail price (wholetail).
Investors only
This list is for real estate investors. It is not for people looking for a home to live in.
No public offer
This website does not list properties for sale. Nothing on it is an offer to sell to the public. Joining the list does not guarantee you will receive any particular deal, and we may share a deal with some list members before others.
Deals and due diligence
Properties are sold as is. "Deeply discounted" means priced below after-repair value. We do not guarantee profit, resale value, repair costs, or any result. Do your own due diligence and run your own numbers before you buy.
Proof of funds
We share deal details with the buyers list. We verify your funds before any contract is signed. That can be a pre-approval letter from your bank; for private or hard money, a contact we can verify; or bank statements, with a call to your banker to confirm.
Your information
You agree that the information you give us is accurate. How we use it is described in our Privacy Policy.
Messages
